Tour Around the Group Program Admin Screen

Creating, viewing and editing classes is a vital component of your GLF.Locker system, and that's why we have improved the Group Program Admin screen. This screen should be your go-to place for creating and managing classes within your system and is accessible with each of the user roles. The functionality and the classes that appear within each user role will vary:

  • Manager - The Group Program Admin screen from the Manager user role allows you to manage all classes within your system regardless of the coach delivering the class. This screen has the the most extensive functionality for managing classes within your GLF.Locker system. To get to the Group Program Admin screen, select Booking Admin from the main menu navigation.
  • Coach - The Group Program Admin screen within the Coach user role will show classes related to the coach account. This applies when a coach is added to the class setup or an event is added to the coach schedule. The functionality is more limited within this screen however, it gives the coach the ability to edit classes, create new classes and clone classes without without attendees. To get to the Group Program Admin screen, select Coach Admin and View Classes from the main menu navigation.
  • Pro Shop - The Group Program Admin screen within the Pro Shop user role gives your front of house team the ability to view classes across your entire coaching team and gives the option to edit classes, create new classes and clone classes without without attendees. To get to the Group Program Admin screen, select Booking Admin and View Classes from the main menu navigation.

Let's now focus in on the Group Program Admin screen from the Manager User Role, and take a tour around some of the key features and navigations within this page. When logging onto the Group Program Admin screen, it will look something like this:

Create a New Class - By navigating to the plus icon in the top right corner, you can create a new class and you will immediately be taken to the class setup page.

Search for a Class - Search for a class by entering the class name into the search field or by filtering through the classes within your system. You can select the 'Filter Class' and you will presented with the view below:

Previous Events will show events in which all classes within the events have passed, InProgress Events will show classes where all events within the class have not yet been delivered and Upcoming Events will show classes where no events within the class have been delivered.

Switch Between Current & Archive - In the top right corner of the screen above the list view, you will see the option to switch between two screen views. Current classes will show classes which are upcoming, in progress and previous events (only if the last event date is within 7-days from the current day). A class is automatically moved into Archive if the last event date is more than 7 days ago. You can move a class out of Archive by selecting the Restore option from the menu navigation to the right of the class.

So, when you have found your class from the current tab, what are the options available to you? By selecting the menu icon to he right hand side of the class, it will reveal four options. Lets explore a brief overview of each of these options:

Edit - You can edit the class which will take you to the Class Setup page allowing you to make any changes to your class.

Clone - Use this to create a new class, either clone with or without attendees. The class settings will be copied across in both options. IMPORTANT - to finalise the class setup you will need to add the class events at Step 7 and edit the registration dates in order for the classes to appear in coach schedules and be visible to customers in the booking system.

Short Link - Generate a short bitly link which you can send to customers allowing them to immediately arrive at the checkout page for this specific class without needed to go through the entire booking journey.

Archive - Move a current class into the Archive tab to help you organise your classes and navigate your Group Program Admin page.
