If your system uses member specific pricing for lessons or classes, or you want to track activity of members vs non members you need to make sure your students are correctly marked as a member with a unique member I.D. This I.D will often be a Club Member number from a membership management system you use at your club or facility:
Some of your students will also have dependants or family members who are also members of your club and facility and may have the same unique membership number. The system prevents multiple students from being added with the same member I.D.
Therefore, in order to add family members or dependants to your system, you can add a membership extension number when creating the student. The same primary member number can be added and the extension number can be added in the Extension Member I.D field or left blank when this isn't required.
