A student can move a lesson on the web based system outside of the Move, Delete and Reschedule time limit that is defined within the Manager user role in the Academy settings. This setting can be edited from the header by selecting Account Settings:
The Academy Settings option can be selected and the time duration defined by the manager by selecting the Move, Delete & Reschedule Limit option:
The time duration set here, will prevent a student from Rescheduling, Deleting or Moving a booking within this defined time limit:
Guidance for Students
A student can move a paid or un-paid one to one/private lesson. To do this, the student must login to their account on the web based system on desktop or mobile. The steps for the student are:
Step 1 - Once logged in, the user can select the View All option in the Upcoming Lesson section on the left hand side.
Step 2 - Within the pop up, the student can see their upcoming bookings and the option to move lesson:
Step 3 - The student can then move the lesson to a new date and start time within the coach schedule availability:

At present the student is unable to change the duration of the lesson, the coach or the program filter for the booking and this functionality is not current available on the app. It is recommend that the student views coach availability by using the booking system through their student locker prior to attempting to move the lesson.
