App 3.0 - Students can now Move, Delete & Reschedule on the App!

Student's ability to move, delete and reschedule bookings will be dependent on the settings provided in the Academy Settings for each GLF.Locker System. 


Previously, student's ability to manage their bookings were limited to the web based system. Now however, students can manage their bookings as follows:


  1. A student will be able to delete themselves from an unpaid lesson or class if the first event of the class or lesson booking is outside of the specific number of hours in Academy Settings.

  2. A Student will be able to delete and move an unpaid lesson or class if the first event of the class or lesson booking is outside of the specific number of hours in Academy Settings.

  3. A Student will be able to reschedule and move a paid lesson or class if the first event of the class or lesson booking is outside of the specific number of hours in Academy Settings.


Managing Bookings


For students to manage bookings, this can be done in 3 ways:


  • Option 1 - The easiest way for a student to manager their bookings is from the Activity Feed. By finding the relevant booking, the user can then select 'View Booking' from the bottom right corner of the feed notification:


  • Option 2 - Students can also navigate to the Lesson Info tab, from their Connect Profile. The student can navigate to upcoming lessons and choose the lesson from the list view. 


  • Option 3 - Students can also navigate to the Lesson tab from the Home Screen dashboard, and select the lesson from the Upcoming Lessons navigation. 

In all these instances, the student will then be redirected to the Booking Information screen where they can choose to Move, Delete or Reschedule their booking. Please note, the Reschedule option will only appear when the lesson is marked as paid. The Delete option will only show for bookings marked as unpaid:


None of these options will show if the current time is within the hours set in the Academy Settings.  In this scenario to amend their booking, students will need to contact their Coach.
