The Support/Training Hub was previously only accessible via the web/mobile web based system. This feature allows users to access a range of support resources including training courses, articles and our knowledge base with a range of tutorial videos. Users can also access program training and assets as well as raise support requests to our team.
The Support/Training Hub is now easily accessible when on the go through the 3.0 version of the GLF.Locker app. The Support Hub/Training Hub link has been added to the Home Screen Dashboard actions and the quick links pop up menu accessible by clicking the plus icon in the centre of the screen.
The icon indicates that the user will be redirected to the mobile web URL to access the range of support resources. The Support Hub/Training Hub is only accessible by Coach users.
