Your students may be able to engage with coaching services across multiple venues in which you may operate. In order to improve the experience when using GLF.Locker, we have implemented a Switch Academy feature on the Web, Mobile Web and App for students.
Through this feature, we are able to link multiple clubs or academies together and therefore, allow students registered to login using the same username and password. Students can switch between the linked clubs from within their account on the web and app. Any updates to the students profile will display across all linked clubs whilst key functionality such as package credits will remain academy specific.
How does it work?
If this feature is suitable for your venue, firstly the Support team can associate multiple venues together and create a group landing page. This landing page is ideal for marketing purposes in order to direct students to an online destination where they can then choose their specific venue. The Group name will also display on the App search Academy step. It is at this stage that the user can select the specific club they require.
On selecting the venue they require, the user will be redirected to the Home Page of the Booking System for that specific venue. Each venue still has its own landing page accessible on the web and will appear when using the Academy search step on the App. The student is then able to login to their account as normal.
After logging in, the user is able to select the Switch Academy button in the top right corner of the web or mobile based system or in the App from the menu side bar or home screen dashboard:
