To identify the number of unique dependents who took part in your Crush It Programs or the number of unique students who attended your Game On Programs within a given time frame, you will need to export a Lessons Delivered Lite Report from your GLF.Connect system and filter the information you require. To do this follow the steps below.
Step 1
Form your Manager user role, select Reports in the main menu and Reports again from the sub menu.
Step 2
From the report screen select Create Report in the Lesson Income Reports tile.
Step 3
In the next screen select the following options:
1. Lessons Delivered Lite Version
2. Boking System
3. All Coaches
4. All Programs
5. All Programs
6. All Payment Types
For the time period, select Date Range and choose a start date and an end date and then click on Run Report. After clicking Run Report, an Excel file will be downloaded to your device.
Step 4
Open the excel file. In Column H, Lesson Type, select the filter icon to reveal the unique lesson types. In this pop up you must remove all filters and select only the following:
1. Crush It Junior Monthly
2. Crush It Junior Events
3. Crush It Camps
Or if you are searching for unique Game On dependents select only the following:
1. Game On Program
Step 5
To identify Crush It dependents, in Column K (Membership Number) click on the filter icon to present a pop up with all the unique member numbers. In this pop up you must remove the following:
1. None
2. 0
3. All member numbers ending in 00 or 01
You must also remove any member ID which is invalid for example, a member ID which has a higher or lower number than 7 digits.
Example 1 - A12-1
Example 2 - A222234-1234
This will then leave you with only dependents who are signed up to classes.
Step 6
Click on the filter icon in Colum F (Students) to reveal a pop up which provides a list of all the unique student names who have attended your Crush It Classes.
For Game On, there is no need to filter the member numbers, you can simply complete Step 6 to give a list of unique names.
