On the All Students screen within the Manager User Role, you will now see one additional columns titled 'Joined Date' and an additional column called 'Joined Type' within the Exported Students report.
The Joined Date column indicates the date that the students account was created:
The Joined Type column indicates the source of the registration and this shows within the Exported Student Report:
This column will show 5 Joined Types:
System Users - If the player is added by Manager, Coach or Pro Shop from Web or App
Manager Upload - If the player is added by Manager using the bulk upload feature
Owner Upload - If the player is added by the owner user role using the bulk upload feature
Student Registration - If the player signed up by using Web or App
Unknown - This will show for existing users on your system added prior to these columns being added to the screen
The columns provide more valuable insights to you when navigating your All Student database. The columns will help you to track your system growth, the source of registrations and provide an improved student experience by enabling you to welcome students to your GLF.Locker system when they have recently been added.
You can also filter through the All Students list using the new Date Range option in the Advanced Search drop down. Select the date range and filter based on the Joined Date:
