You can now set up a coaching product made up multiple mini products for either the credit minute or credit amount options using the Product Builder functionality.
This functionality is ideally used when you are marketing a coaching package that is made up of individual packages of credits which are joined together into a single package that you sell to your students.
For example, you may be offering a package that includes 3 hours of private or one to one coaching, a 1 hour assessment lesson and a 2 hour club fitting. Rather that selling these is individual products on your store, you want to sell them to your students under one product.
This functionality means that on checkout, the student will receive each of the mini products into their account and can apply the credits to the different program filters in the booking system.
Setting Up the Product
As normal, you can create the product via the Store Admin area under the Manager user role.
After defining the credit type, you should select the 'Product Builder' from the Program Type drop down. You need to setup the first mini product such as the 3 hours of private or one to one coaching and define the price and credits for this first mini product.
After completing the setup of the first product, rather than saving as normal to complete the setup, click Add Product. The first mini product is added to the Added Programs section and the product can be edited or deleted.
The process can then be repeated for each Mini Product before clicking Complete Builder to finalise the entire product setup. The product will then appear in the coaching store under the different product categories:
Managing the Product
You can view and manage these products when they are added to a student's account using the Academy Credits screen in the Manager user role under Booking Admin.
Once you have found the credits in the list view, firstly in the lesson credits and balance column, you will see the total number of credits for the entire product.
You can see more detailed information relating to the credits for each mini product by selecting the Action menu icon and select Product Information.
This will display a pop up which will show each mini product and the lesson credits and balance available:
