To make the lessons delivered lite report easier to interpret when reconciling class activity, we have now updated the report to display the delivered amounts in individual rows for each student and class session.
Previously, based on the date range of the report, the delivered amount for classes would be grouped into the Total Column (D).
For example, let's take a Junior Golf Camp running for 3 days at a price of $90. The camp is running from Tuesday, July 4th, to Thursday, July 6th. A single student, Adam Hibbs, is booked onto the camp.
Previously, if we were to run a lessons delivered report for the date range of Wednesday, July 28th, to Wednesday, July 5th, only two of the camp sessions would be captured in the delivered report (Day 1 and Day 2) . Therefore, in the final column, the delivered amount of $60 has been totalled in column P in a single row for the student:
In column D, the lesson date displays the first session date of the camp:
The new updates will now display each class session as individual rows for each student, as shown in the example below. We can see that two rows are displayed for the student, corresponding to each camp day. The correct delivered amount of each session is displayed as $30:
This update also means that the session date will be displayed in the Lesson Date column (D):
