Account Profile | Setting Up your GLF.Connect Profile

This article will cover all you need to know about setting up and editing your GLF.Connect account profile. Click on the item in the list below to jump to where you need to be!

Personal Details, Brief Profile and Accounts

From any user role, users can select Personal Details from the drop down menu when selecting the profile image in the top right corner of the screen:


On the Profile & Settings Screens, Manager and Pro Shop users can navigate across two tabs, 'Personal Details' and 'Accounts'. Coach users can navigate to a 3rd Tab, 'My Profile'. These tabs give the following functionality:


Personal Details - In this tab, users can edit their personal information including their personal details and contact information. Users can also edit their username and change their password here.


My Profile - Users can edit profile information which displays on the Online Booking system when a student is hovering over a coach profile image. 



Accounts - From this tab users can add and manage access to multiple accounts within a GLF. Connect system or across different systems. Users can then switch between these accounts easily. Updating your Profile Image using the Web

Each coach is required to have a profile image to make them easily identifiable to customers within the booking system. From any user role, users can select Personal Details from the drop down menu when selecting the profile image in the top right corner of the screen. Once through to the 'Profile and Settings' screen you can select 'Upload Picture'. Next, select the file from your device and once uploaded click Save. For guidance on uploading your own images, the size requirements are 203 by 204 pixels. 



Managing Coach Profiles

Via the Coach Management screen in the Manager role, there are number of actions that can be performed to allow a Manager to create, edit and manage the coaching team and other users on the GLF. Connect screen. By clicking the 'Profile and Settings' option and also the profile image of each of the coaches, users will be redirected to an updated screen including more relevant coach information. This includes the ability to update the profile image, personal information and the coach's username:



Updating Profile Image using the App

You can update your personal details, bio image, and password directly within the app. To do this, navigate to the profile image in the top left corner, and select the Profile tab from the home screen. 

To edit your profile, click the pencil icon, make any changes, and click Save

To change your profile picture, click the pencil icon over the current profile image. You can then choose an image from your phone gallery or take a new one with your camera. After adding your image, click Save
