Switch Account Feature
Users can switch between multiple GLF. Connect accounts on the Web/Mobile web based system. This reduces the need for users who have two accounts in the same system or across different systems to login each time.
This functionality will be especially useful for users who may coach across multiple locations or for management level users with multiple accounts across clubs/ academies using the GLF. Connect system.
Setting up and Managing Multiple Accounts
Firstly on the web, from the drop down menu visible upon clicking the profile image in the top right corner from any user role you can select the Switch Account option.

This will redirect you to the Accounts tab in the Profile and Settings screen. On this screen you can view, remove and add accounts. To add an account click on the Add Account button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
On this login screen, you can then search for the Academy where the other account exists and enter the username and password.
This will trigger a verification email to be sent to the user in order to authorise access to this account to the user who is making this request. After clicking Approve in the verification email, the user will be required to sign in.
After a successful login, both user accounts will then be successfully added to the Switch Account feature within the users login. You can then easily switch between these profiles by selecting the account and clicking Switch on the alert.
Accounts can be removed at any stage by clicking the delete icon on the right hand side.
Setting up and Managing Multiple Accounts Via the App
Users can access the Switch Account feature on the mobile apps via the Switch Account link in the side menu navigation and on the web via the ‘Accounts’ tab in Profile and Settings.
This will trigger a verification email to be sent to the user in order to authorise access to this account to the user who is making this request. After clicking Approve in the verification email, the user will be required to sign in.
Users can move across both accounts by selecting the account without the need to sign in again. Users can remove an account at any stage. Any change to a username or password will require the account to be authorised again.

Students can switch between multiple GLF. Connect accounts on the Web/Mobile web based system. This reduces the need for students who have two accounts in the same system or across different systems to login each time. This functionality is especially useful for students who may have accounts in their children's names.
Firstly, from the drop down menu visible upon clicking the profile image in the top right corner the student can select the Switch Account option. This will redirect the student to the Accounts tab in the Profile and Settings screen. On this screen, students can view, remove and add accounts.
To add an account the student can click on the Add Account button in the bottom right corner of the screen:
On this login screen, students must then search for the Academy where the other account exists and enter the username and password.
On successful login, you will then be redirected to the Accounts tab within in the system of the the newly added account. Students can then easily switch between these profiles by selecting the account and clicking Switch on the alert.
