Navigating the Training Hub
You can access a range of content to help you navigate your GLF.Connect system via the Support Hub or Training Hub. Included within this is a Knowledge Base of articles and you can also access Support from our team of product experts by raising a ticket.
Getting Onboard and Feature Training areas include training modules on the key steps to get your system setup for both Managers and Coaches, a short course for Pro Shop Users, ideal for your front of house staff and specific modules on areas of the system such as Setting up Email Confirmations, Creating Classes, Using the App and more.
The courses are also built to save your progress as you go. Complete a small part of the course and return to it a later date or complete in one go! The My Training area will show you all available courses and your own progress within each.
This will help you navigate the courses available and clearly see your journey to becoming an expert on your GLF.Connect system!
Finding and Completing My Training
- Within the Training Hub select GLF.Connect Support from the main menu and My Training from sub menu navigation.
- On this screen you can scroll through the courses using the grid view or list view options and filter by the categories.
- You will see your own progress on each training module through the courses view, the % completed and the number of steps within the course. Your progress will show as:
- Start Course - This will show when the course is yet to be started
- In Progress - This will show when you have completed a section of the course
- Complete - This will show when you have completed all sections of the course
- To start or continue with a course, simply click on the course thumbnail.
- Work through the chapters making sure to view all the video content before marking as complete.
- Once marked as complete it will update in the progress bar.
Visit the Training Hub/ Support Hub Links
In order for GLF.Connect users to access the various support resources available, we have now implemented the ability for a user to access a specific link within the Training Hub or Support Hub.
Previously, users could only be directed to the login screen for the GLF.Connect system on the Web/Mobile Web and then access these resources by visiting the Hub's in the menu navigation from any user role.
However, you can now share the URL for any page within the Hub and after logging in, the user will be redirected to this page automatically. This will help Manager users to share key support and training resources as well allow our team to direct users to important information within the hub's:
Follow the Steps below:
- Copy the URL for any page within the Hub:
- Search for the Club or Academy:
- Login using your Username and Password:
After logging in, the user will be redirected to the specific Hub page.
