If you have a team offering coaching across multiple locations within your venue or business, then you can add the coach's location to appear within the schedule view. This is useful to help your members or students to know the location of this coach for their lesson. The coach location will appear at the second stage of the booking process something like below. We can see the location of each coach listed under the bio name and image.
So, how do you edit this from within your GLF.Locker system? This can be done through either the Manager or Coach user roles using the following procedure:
From Manager:
- Navigate to Coach Management
- Select the coach from the list view by clicking on the bio image
- Insert the coaching location into the course location field
- Click Update Profile at the bottom of the screen
From Coach
- Select Academy Settings at the top of the page
- Select Edit Full Profile from the Personal Details tab
- Insert the coaching location into the course location field
- Click Update Profile at the bottom of the screen
Within either of these options, you will see the Course Location field within the Coach Profile page:
