For those venues offering single use facilities such as Swing Studios or Putting Lab facilities, it is important to be able to identify bookings on the schedule that are booked as well as see when these facilities are reserved by another coach.
To improve the usability of this feature, we have implemented an icon on the schedule view to help you identify these bookings.
Icon on the Facility Booking
When navigating the schedule from the Manager, Coach or Pro Shop user roles, an icon will display in the top right corner of the booking when this is booked into a single use facility. For Swing Studio booking an icon will display as follows:
For Putting Lab bookings, an icon will display as follows:
Icon when the Facility is Booked
When a student navigates the schedule view or when navigating the schedule from the from the Manager, Coach or Pro Shop user roles, an icon will also display when the studio is booked on available times in the schedule view. On clicking this time, a pop will indicate that the facility is already booked:
In both of these examples, you can also see a hover state on the Web Schedule view and a pop up when clicking the icon on the mobile web. This will provide you with further information as to whether the booking is in the Swing Studio or the Putting Lab.
