Show a Leave to your Students on the Schedule

From time to time, you may want to advertise activity to your students that you have added using the Leave function. Leaves are used to block out periods of your schedule availability, preventing it from being booked by your customers or to help plan and manage you and your coaching team's time. 


Perhaps you are completing some professional development and want your students to know you're investing in your coaching expertise. Or, maybe you are playing in a professional event and want to showcase this to promote conversation and inspire your students. Whatever the purpose, you can make a single or repeat leave public. 


To do this, navigate to the schedule view from Coach, Manager or Pro Shop User Role. From the schedule, select the Add Leave Icon and set up your leave as normal using the 'Other' option. This enables you to title the leave using the description field. At the bottom of the Leave Detail Pop Up, you will see the checkbox to make the Leave Public. 

After doing this, once a customer navigates to the schedule view on the web-based system they will see the 'Leave' in your Schedule:
