The Private View setting is a useful feature that allows coaches to control whether their schedule is publicly accessible through the online booking system. Enabling this setting may be necessary for a variety of operational reasons.
When Private View is enabled, students browsing the online booking system will see a pop-up when selecting the coach’s profile. This pop-up restricts access to the coach’s schedule and instead displays the coach’s contact information:
We’ve now extended this functionality to the mobile apps! To access it, navigate to the Schedule screen from the home screen dashboard, bottom menu, or quick links. From there, select View / Amend Schedule.
A new menu option, Private View Setting, is now available. Coaches can use the toggle to activate or deactivate this setting. Any changes made will automatically apply across both the web and mobile apps:
