Add Banners to Student Emails

Within the new editable Student Email feature, each of the templates will include a banner promoting the GLF.Locker App to your students and will appear to your students like below:


You also have the option to add your own banners to the footer of each email to make these specific to your venue. This may be useful functionality to help you promote specific events, promotions or sponsors. You can also add a URL to the banner meaning that your students can click the banner from within the email confirmation. Follow the steps below:


  • To edit these banners, firstly navigate to the Email Templates screen from the Emails menu navigation:



  • Next, click on the Action Icon of the specific email you would like to add the banner too:


  • Click on the Upload Banner button in the bottom left corner of the screen:


  • Upload the banner from your device using the Choose File button and click Upload. Each banner is required to be 600px x 200px. Add the URL for where users will be redirected to when clicking on the banner and click Save:


  • To complete the setup of the email, make sure the Status Checkbox is activated and click 'Save' in the bottom right corner of the screen:
