Updates to the Guest Web & Mobile Web Screens

We are continuing to develop the GLF.Locker system to ensure all the screens on the web based system are mobile responsive, modernised and give the most optimised user experience.

We have now implemented a number of updates to the guest screens. Guests are users on the GLF.Locker system who are not logged into a GLF.Locker account or may be navigating the system for the first time.

This improvement will help to ensure users receive the best experience when navigating on web and mobile web browsers as well as enhancing the usability and enjoyment of the system features.

What's New

1. New Header Navigations

In the header navigation you will now see updated Sign In and Sign Up buttons. These button colours are updated and are now larger to enhance the mobile browsing experience. There is now also a hoover state colour which appears when the user selects one of the menu navigations such as 'Book Online' or 'Contact Us':

2. New Floating Call to Action on Mobile Web

To drive engagement in the App, we have implemented a floating call to action when users navigate the GLF.Locker system on the mobile web system. This feature is only available from iOS devices when using Safari and when Android users navigate the web using Chrome:

3. New Sign In Screen

The sign in screen has now been updated to be fully mobile responsive with improved navigation and functionality. This now includes an updated App promotion, links to the Sign Up Screen, Forgot Password process and the terms of use. When entering a password, the user can now use the new password reveal icon to display the password before submitting:

4. New Sign Up Screen

The Sign Up screen has now been updated to be fully mobile responsive and include improved navigation and functionality. This includes large field areas for mobile browsing, more relevant data collection fields, a new password reveal icon to display the password in the fields and links to the Sign In Screen and Terms of Use:

5. Updates to the Password Reset Process

Giving users the ability to reset their password with ease, under the necessary security requirements is one the most important areas of the GLF.Locker system. Based on user feedback, we have updated this process to include mobile responsive screens and an improved user experience. When the user attempts to reset their password they are given clearer guidance on the steps required:

Please note that in order to reset a password, users are required to know their username. This is due to the ability for the same email address to be used on multiple accounts.
