With the updated student header we have now added the ability for a student to raise a contact form request from within their student login.
In the header student will now see a question mark icon which can be clicked to then prompt the student to fill in the Contact Form:
Managing Contact Form Enquires
When a new contact form submission is made, those users with Manager access on your GLF. Connect system will receive an automated email to include the date and time of the enquiry, name, contact number, email and message.
Within your GLF. Connect system managers can then access the 'Contact Forms' screen under the Emails menu navigation. On this screen, Managers can view the Contact Form information and perform a number of actions:
