Micros Report Updates

For clubs currently integrated with the Micros POS system, it is essential to reconcile the coaching activity in the GLF. Connect system with the POS on a regular basis and for the purpose of weekly payroll.


We've made updates to the reporting options available for Manager users to assist with this process. The key updates include:


Changes to Generating a Lesson Delivered Report 

This report now displays only the lessons and class sessions added to the schedule within a specified date range for the entire coaching team, regardless of the Micros status of the bookings. It is designed to help those responsible for reconciliation to identify lessons and classes that have not yet been pushed to the POS, are pending closure, or have already been closed:

Important: This report should not be used to reconcile lessons and class sessions for weekly payroll purposes that have already been closed in the POS, as it does not include bookings that were delivered outside of the date range but closed in the POS within that range.


NEW Lessons Closed on Micros Report

This new report can be generated using the same steps as the Lesson Delivered Report. However, it differs in that it only shows lessons or class sessions based on the date they were closed in the POS, not the date they were delivered in the schedule:

This report should be used regularly, ideally on a daily basis, to reconcile activity between the two systems for the purpose of payroll.
