We’re excited to announce that the Dashboards feature, previously available to Coach and Manager users within each academy system is now accessible in Owner Space! This enhancement gives business owners, multi‑club operators, and senior administrators a powerful and flexible way to visualise key business data in one place.
With this update, Owner Space users can access the same powerful dashboards that Coach and Manager users already enjoy — with the added ability to navigate data across single clubs, multiple clubs, or all clubs within their Owner Space.
Accessing the Dashboards:
Owner space users can access the Dashboards via the Dashboards menu navigation and selecting the Lesson Delivered & Revenue Dashboards sub-menu option:

Within this feature, users can access the following features:
- Lesson Revenue Dashboard – Track revenue by lesson type, program, coach, and student membership status.
- Lessons Delivered Dashboard – See delivered lessons, upcoming bookings, and trends over time.
- Interactive Filters & Exports – Refine data by date, coach, program, and more. Export full datasets to CSV for offline analysis.
What’s New for Owner Space Users
Owner Space users in additional can now:
- View dashboards for a single club
- Compare multiple clubs
- Aggregate data across all clubs
This gives multi-club owners a consolidated, real-time view of performance and trends, making it easier to make informed business decisions.
