We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature in the Owner Space of GLF Connect giving business owners and management users the ability to view and manage contact form submissions across all academies from one place. Owners space users can now access a Contact Form screen via the Contact Form menu navigation.
Centralized Lead Management
Previously, contact form submissions were only visible within individual academies accessible from the manager user role. Now, business owners and management users owners can:
- Access submissions from all locations in one view via the Contact Form screen
- Filter and prioritise enquiries by status, date, and other criteria
- Track follow-ups and add notes for seamless team collaboration
- Export all contact form submission information for offline management
This update not only ensures no lead is missed but also provides insight into academy performance and helps streamline follow-up workflows — turning enquiries into actionable opportunities.
With this enhancement, managing contact forms is simpler, faster, and more strategic — giving business owners a complete view of every lead across their network of academies.
