One of the tasks which users with Manager access on the GLF.Locker system can perform is to Deactivate Coach accounts. Deactivating Coach accounts prevents users from logging into the GLF.Locker system and is required when coaches may leave the coaching team.
We have updated the Coach Management screen to make this feature more user friendly. To deactivate a coach from the Coach Management Screen, select the action menu icon on the right hand side of the coach within the Active Coaches tab:
From the drop down menu, select Deactivate Coach. On choosing this option, a further validation will appear and this will inform the user that it is recommending that all lessons and class sessions are removed from the schedule before proceeding:
Coach can be reactivated from the In-Active tab by once again selecting Activate Coach from the Action Menu Icon:
