Users with Manager access on the GLF.Locker system are able to add new coaches from the Coach Management Screen. Previously when doing this, the newly added coach would need to be activated manually against the One to One/Private Lesson filters in the manager user role. The coach would then need to activate their durations within the Coach Schedule.
To improve the process of adding a new coach to the GLF.Locker system, the new coach will automatically be activated within all of the One to One/Private Lesson filters and the durations will be activated within the Coaches Schedule. This will reduce the setup steps required.
The coach can be deactivated from a Booking Filter as normal and the coach can also deactivate the durations from within their Coach Schedule. The coach will still be required to add their One to One/Private Lesson pricing.
Adding a New Coach
To add a new coach to your GLF.Locker system, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Coach Management screen within the Coach Admin menu navigation from the manager user role. On this screen, click the plus icon in the top right corner
- Complete the required fields and define the user roles which the new coach should have access to. On completing the fields and clicking save, the coach will receive an automated email with their username and password.
