Assign Primary Coach & Un-Assign Primary Coach now User Specific

Part of the Customer Care List feature in the Manager User Role includes the ability to Assign and Un-assign Primary Coaches to students/members in the Care List. The exact role of the Primary Coach will be dependant on the way in which you are using the Customer Care List feature.


Members/Students can be assigned on an individual basis from the action menu icon on the right hand side of each student:


Alternatively, Members/Students can also be assigned in bulk using the 'Assign Coach' button after selecting the 'No Primary Coach' checkbox:


Until recently, users who had the Manager User Role activated within their account have had access to a variety of additional features including the ability to assign and un-assign primary coaches. However, the assign and un-assign feature is now user specific and will not be included in all accounts with the manager user role.  This feature will only be accessible if you are the person responsible for completing this task. 


With these changes, if you have Manager access you may now not be able to Assign and Un-Assign from the Customer Care List in the Manager user role.
