We have now updated the Customer Care List in the Manager & Coach user roles to include a view of all contact numbers and emails listed in the student profile.
Previously only a single email and phone number was available in the student profile and therefore visible on the Customer Care List. With this update, there are now 3 emails and contact fields in the student profile and these can be view on the Customer Care list for each student:
Users can edit contact numbers and emails for each of these fields via the Customer Care List by clicking the edit icon or by navigating to the Student Profile from the Action Menu icon:
