Assign an Engagement to a Customer Care Note on the Mobile Apps

You can now assign an engagement (private lesson or class booking) to a note that is made for a specific member within the Customer Care List on the mobile apps.


On the Customer Care List screen within the Coach user role, you can log a note as normal by selecting a student from the list view to enter the Customer Care List Tab within student connect. A new step has been added when logging or editing a note called ‘Select Engagement’:

On selecting this option, a pop up will display giving the user an option to select from the engagements for that specific student (only sessions delivered by the Primary Coach will show). The ‘All’ tab will be automatically selected showing all engagements including both Private Lessons and Classes. Users can also filter these by selecting the Class or Lesson tabs and using the search field:


After selecting the engagement, and clicking Save, the note with the logged engagement will display in the students Customer Care Notes section. This can be edited at any stage by clicking the edit icon and any edits to the specific selections or notes field can be made:
