Automating your Play 9 Reports

From within your GLF.Connect system you can automate the delivery of the following Play 9 reports:

  1. Club Play 9 Report 
  2. Coach Play 9 Report

To automate these reports you must login to GLF.Connect on the web and navigate to the Customer Care List Page from within your Manager User role. Follow the steps below to automate your reports. 


Step 1 - Manager User Role

Login on the web and make sure you are in the manager user role.

Step 2 - Getting to the Customer Care List

Navigate to the Customer Care List page by selecting Coach Admin from the main menu and then Customer Care List from the sub menu. 

Step 3 - Automating the Club Customer Care List Report

By default, when you arrive at the Customer Care List screen you will notice All Coaches are selected in the dropdown menu and the Club Customer Care List button is visible on the right hand side.  

Form here, click on the calendar icon to present a pop up.

Step 4 - Choose a Day and Time 

Enter your email address in the field provided and select a day and a time you wish to receive your report.  The Club Play 9 Report will then be emailed directly to your inbox each week.


Automating the Coach Play 9 Report

If you wish to set up the Coach Play 9 Report for yourself or for a colleague, you can do this from the same screen.  Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Select the Coach

Choose a single coach from the drop down option.  You will notice once you do this that the Club Play 9 Report button disappears and a Coach Play 9 Report button appears in its place. 

Step 2 - Choose a Day and Time

Click on  the calendar icon to present a pop up. Enter your email address in the field provided or the email address of the coach you are sending the report to and select a day and a time you wish to receive the report.  The Coach Play 9 Report will then delivered directly via email each week. 


Running the Report on an Ad-Hoc Basis

You can export either of the Play 9 reports at any point by clicking on the Club Play 9 Report tab or the Coach Play 9 Report tab. Once you do this the report will automatically download to your device ready for you to view within a few seconds.
