Quick Link to Log a CC Note added to the Web Schedule

One of the qualifying guidelines for a Play 9 Customer Care Note is to attach an the engagement when logging the note on GLF. Connect.


To help you with this we have added a quick link button to the Lesson and Class Appointment pop up accessible via the schedule views on the web based system:


This quick link button will allow you jump straight into the Coach Customer Care List screen to the specific student with the engagement already attached. All that will be required is for you to complete the required steps and add your note:


The quick link button is will only be visible when:

  • You are logged via the Coach User Role
  • The end time of the Play 9 has elapsed
  • The member is added to your Customer Care list on GLF. Connect
