Gift Card Payments Now Displaying on Lessons Delivered Reports

Lessons delivered reports are used to reconcile lesson or class bookings that are visible in the schedule view across the coaching team. They help users to track and reconcile lessons and class sessions that have been delivered across a date range regardless of the payment status of each booking. 


We have now updated the Lessons Delivered reports to include changes relating to lesson or class bookings made using a Gift Card. These changes will help users to track bookings where a gift card has been used and also ensures that the value of a lesson or class where a gift card has been used is recognised correctly. 


The changes include:


  • Total Amount Column will show full price of the lesson/class - The total amount column will now show the full lesson price whereas previously this was being show as zero cost when a gift card had been used. This will now ensure that the actual value of the lesson is retained to ensure accurate insights and reporting:

  • Gift Card to show in the Payment Type Column - The payment type column will now indicate when a Gift Card has been used to pay either fully, or partially. For a lesson or class where a Gift Card has been used to pay in full, this will appear as Zero Cost (Gift Card has been used to pay fully). When a gift card has been partially used, with the remaining amount being paid by credit card online for example, this will appear as Online (Gift Card has been used to pay partially):

  • Gift Card Amount Used Column - There will now be an additional column added which will display the amount of gift used on the specific lesson or class booking. This will display the full amount or the partial amount of gift card used:
