You can generate short link that will take your customers straight to a coach's schedule within a specific program type on your booking system. This is useful if you intend to run a special campaign, mailshot or even add to your social media profile or email signature. Upon clicking the link, a user will be taken directly to the Coach's schedule allowing them to select their duration and lesson time.
To generate a short link to a coach's schedule, follow the steps below:
1. Select Generate Short Link for the Coach Admin menu navigation from the Manager user role:
2. Within the Generate Coach Link page, you will see the active One to One or Private Lesson filters. Click on the drop down menu to display the active coaches within each filter:
3. Navigate across to the right hand side and Click 'Generate Link'.
4. Finally, copy the link to your clipboard and add the link to any website browser (Use an alternative browser if you are logged in or log out of your account first). The link will take you immediately to the schedule page:
