Organise the Group Programs Admin Screen

Finding the class session you need efficiently is important to you and that's why in addition to the search and filter options within the group programs admin screen, you have the option to orgnaise your classes using the column headers. You can organise the classes in the Manager user role across either of the Archive and Current tabs.

Upon navigating to the Group Program Admin screen for the first time, the classes will be sorted by Start Date in Descending order with the most recent class start date first:

By clicking on the column header, the classes within the screen will be organised as follows:

  • Lesson Name - The Lesson name column will be sorted in ascending or descending order according to the first letter. If multiple classes start with same first letter then the second letter of the class name will be considered to sort the screen.

  • Programme Type - The Programme Type column will be sorted in ascending or descending order according to the first letter. If programme types start with same first letter then the second letter of the class name will be considered to sort the screen.

  • Attendees - The Attendees column will be sorted on the basis of number of attendees from highest to lowest and lowest to highest. If more then one class contains same quantity of attendees then the list will be sorted on the basis of Attendees and then Start Date.

  • Start Date - The Start date column will be sorted on the basis of date, with nearest start date first and can be reversed by clicking on the column header.
  • Duration and Price - Duration and Price columns will  be sorted on the basis of the numbers and if multiple rows contain same value then they will be be sorted as Duration/ Price and Start Date.

When a column is sorted in descending order, the direction of the column arrow will be downward. If the column is in ascending order, the direction of arrow will be upward:
