Based on feedback from users at clubs currently using the GLF to Micros Integration, we have updated the number of checks sent to the Micros point of sale for class sessions delivered by multiple instructors.
Previously, when sending the class session delivered amount, a single check would be sent for each student and each instructor assigned to the class, with the amount tied to the instructor displayed based on the percentage split in the class setup.
Users reported that for large programs, there was a high volume of checks required to be closed out by the point of sale user.
This process has now been streamlined. When the class session delivered amount is pushed from GLF, a single check will be sent for each student, with the total assigned to each instructor detailed within this single check:
The Micros Transaction screen has been updated to show the amount allocated to each instructor within the check. This information can be viewed through the pop-up, accessible by clicking on the action menu icon and selecting 'View Details':
