Check-In Students for Class Sessions

You can run a register of class attendance by using the Check-In feature within the class detail pop up and the newly added register screen accessible from the Coach user role. This is ideal when you want to track attendance of class sessions or indicate on the schedule which class sessions a student will or will not be attending ahead of time. This will help your coaching team plan class attendance and keep an accurate record when looking at past sessions. 

To do this, follow the steps below:


Step 1: Find the class session from the schedule view from Coach or Manager.

Step 2: Tap on the session and click 'Attendees'. From within this drop-down, you can view the attendees within the session:

Step 3: Click the 'Check-In' checkbox when a student has attended the class or plans to attend. You should leave them un-checked if they did not attend or plan not to attend the session. This can be done prior to the class session or after it has taken place:

NEW Register Screen

Within the Coach user role, you can also view a new class register screen. Classes will only appear within the Coach user role when the coach is added to the class or a class session is scheduled with them. Within this screen, you can view session attendance and edit this when required. To access this screen, navigate to Students and Select the 'Upcoming Lessons' tab. From here, click on the magnifying glass icon on the right-hand side of the class and click 'Register':

From this screen, you can navigate down the sessions using the tabs on the left-hand side. This will show each student and you can update the check-in status on the right-hand side:
