We have made updates to the View All Bookings screen on the Web/Mobile web based system across all user roles. These updates will help users to track and reconcile bookings within this screen. Manager and Pro Shop users are able to view bookings across the entire coaching team from this screen, whereas in the Coach user role only bookings with the specific coach will be displayed.
The following improvements have been made to this screen:
- Addition of the Program Filter / Sub Filter Columns
Additional columns have been added to this screen which will detail the specific program filter and sub-filter (duration in case of one to one lessons) for each booking that is populated:
- Program Filter and Sub Filter Dropdown in Advance Search
In the Advance Search area, the program filter and sub-filter drop downs have been added. These populate with the filters depending on whether 'Group' or 'One to One' has been selected. These drop downs will help users to filter bookings more accurately:
