The View All Bookings screen accessible via the Manager, Coach and Pro Shop user roles allows you to see a list view of unique previous and upcoming one to one and class bookings. You can use this page to track lesson activity and ensure accurate reconciliation of bookings in the coach schedule. In the Manager & Pro Shop user roles, you can view bookings across the entire coaching team, whereas in the Coach user role you can only view bookings with that specific coach.
Improvements that have been added to this screen include:
1. Search Field - A search field which can be used by the user to search for a student across the bookings with the specified filter and date range.
2. Advanced Search - The Advanced Search drop down which allows the user to filter through the bookings based on Program Type, Active Coaches and Date Range.
3. Bulk Payment Update - You can bulk update the paid status when the customers have paid using one of the sub payment types within the Academy Settings or using the Pay by Link option.
