The coach link feature provide manager users with the ability to generate a shorter URL to a specific destination within the online booking system. This makes it easier to incorporate links into your marketing collateral, either offline or online. Shorter links can be generated for the main program filter, the secondary filter for classes and the checkout screen for a specific class.
When generating this link for a one to one program filter it wasn't previously possible to generate a link when the swing studio option with the pop up alert was assigned to the program filter. When booking through a program filter setup with this functionality the user has to select whether they would like to book in the studio or not.
However we have now updated this functionality so that when generating a coach link there will an option to select from two short links, either Studio or Non Studio. Depending on the link that is used the user will be redirected to the schedule view for the coach and can view the availability.
Generating a Link
Navigate to the Manager user role and select Generate Coach Link under Coach Admin:
Select the Program Filter and the coach. Click on the Generate Link button:
Copy and paste the short link from the field:
