Capture Leads with NEW Contact Us Forms

From time to time, users may navigate to your GLF.Locker system but not find what they are looking for. To help you capture enquiries and new leads, we have added a new 'Contact Us Form' feature for users navigating your GLF.Locker system for the first time. We have implemented this feature in three areas of your system:

1. Main Menu Navigation:

In the main menu navigation, you will see a new 'Contact Us' option. By clicking this option, customers can add their name, contact number, email and message. A Captcha feature has also been added to prevent spam enquiries into your system:

2. On the Schedule View

When a customer is navigating the schedule view, they can access the contact form using the 'Contact our Team' below the Coach Bio images. Clicking this option will present the Contact Form as a pop up:

3. On the Class Sub-Filters

When a customer is navigating the class sub filter, they also have the option to make an enquiry. When no classes are visible the option will show to select the 'Contact Us' button and the same pop up contact form will show.

Managing Contact Form Enquires

When a new contact form submission is made, those users with Manager access on your GLF.Locker system will receive an automated email to include the date and time of the enquiry, name, contact number, email and message. This email will look something like the below example:

Within your GLF.Locker system, you will see a new screen accessible from the Emails Menu Navigation called 'Contact Forms'. On this screen, you can view the Contact Form information and perform a number of actions. You can firstly view each Contact Form and the information submitted by selecting the View button under the Message column. You will see the Name, Email, Contact Number and Message columns:

On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a follow up checkbox and notes icon. The follow up checkbox should be used when any manager completes a follow up with the user who made the enquiry. The notes icon can then be clicked to add, edit and view notes relating to the enquiry. These two actions should be used by your team to manage enquiries:

Finally, you can also populate the Contact Form submissions based on the status of the follow up checkbox and by submission date. Select the Filter button to present a drop down where you can filter by the follow up status and date of the submission:
