To support the new subscription feature, there are new customisable template email confirmations available. These email templates can be customised by each GLF.Locker user from the Email Templates option under Emails in the Manager user role:
In the Email Templates screen, there are 3 templates that are available to support this feature. These are:
1. Store Subscription - This has the subject line New Monthly Subscription and is accessible on Page 2. This email is generated once the subscription product has been processed through the coaching store and details the number of subscription dates, the payments dates and amounts.
2. Store Subscription Successful - This has the subject line Monthly Subscription Successful and is accessible on Page 3. This is sent to the student each time a subscription occurrence is successfully updated to paid. This includes the product name, date of payment and amount.
3. Subscription Reminder - This has the subject line Upcoming Monthly Subscription and is accessible on Page 3. This reminder is sent to the student on a customised number of days prior to the subscription payment date. This includes the product name, date of payment and amount.
