Part of the updated Switch Account verification process includes an email which is sent to the user whose account is being added by another user.
This email is sent to the email address listed on the user's account once the username and password is successfully entered. The email provides an overview of the access that is being requested and the user that is requesting this access. The user receiving the email is then able to click an approval link. After signing into their account via the web, both accounts will be accessible to each user in the Switch Accounts screen across all platforms.
