For both Coach and Student there is the functionality to make multiple lesson or class bookings in the same checkout process. This can be done when using the Continue Booking option for one to one/private lesson options or the Add and Continue option when booking classes:
In both these instances, when the booking was confirmed the GLF.Locker system would send an automated Booking Confirmation for each lesson or class. Based on feedback from user this would then cause an excessive number of confirmations to be sent to users. Therefore, we have now implemented a single email to both coach and students when multiple bookings are made in the same checkout process:

When multiple bookings are processed, the student will receive an email like below:
This email is also available to be edited within Email Templates under Emails from within the Manager User role. This email is called Multi Booking Confirmation:
Email to Coaches
When multiple bookings are processed, the coach will receive an email like below:
