One of the major updates recently within the GLF.Locker system is the new Media feature on the 3.0 version of the GLF.Locker App.
This feature enables you to upload media to a feed or library, record media from within the app, and then analyse this media and share it to students. You can share this to students feed or tag the media to a specific lesson or class.
We have now implemented a new automated email to be sent to your students when new media is sent to their locker. This includes media that is shared to the feed only or shared to a lesson or class. This email will also be sent when media is shared to a student on the web/mobile web based system.
Template Email
The email that is sent to the student will include the title of the media, the coach who added the media, and the lesson information if this applies. If the media is assigned to the feed only, then this will show as N/A on the email. The email that your student will receive will show as per the below template:
Editing the Email Template
You can edit this email within the Email Templates area under Emails within the Manager user role. On this screen, you can select the email template with the name Media Added and the subject New Media Added to your Locker. To edit the template click on the Action icon:
