On the Customer Care List feature for both the mobile apps and web based system two new important pieces information are available for users.
This includes the addition of the Membership Status and Membership Category:
The information that will display for each are as follows:
- Membership Status - This is the member's club membership status and will show as Current or Resigned
- Membership Category - This is member's category of membership and will appear as Golf, Social, Athletic OR Tennis
