View/Edit Internal & Sessions Notes for Classes

From the Manager, Coach and Pro-shop user roles, you can now view, edit and add notes for your students attending class sessions. This feature will enable you and your coaching team to plan your class sessions more effectively and improve the communication with your students. 


Before exploring how the notes can be accessed, let's clarify the two notes types available:

  • Internal Notes - These are notes added at the checkout stage when the class booking was processed. Internal notes will show against every session within the class. 
  • Session Notes - These are notes added for each session. The notes will only appear for that specific session.


Viewing, Editing and Adding Notes from the Schedule

  • From the schedule view, navigate to a class session to reveal the class detail pop up. On this pop up, select the 'Attendees' button to reveal the drop down list of students added to the class:

  • From the Action Menu Icon to the right of each student you will see the option for Internal Notes and Sessions notes. Click on either option to reveal the notes pop up:

  • Make any changes to the notes and click save. Any changes to the Internal notes will be reflected for each class session and session notes will only appear for the specific session where the note was added or updated:

 

Viewing, Editing and Adding Notes from the Register Screen


  • From the schedule view, navigate to class session to reveal the class detail pop up. On this pop up, select 'Register' to navigate the register screen:

  • You can navigate across each class session using the tabs on the left hand side:

  • Within each session, you will see the Internal Notes and Sessions notes. Make any edits by clicking the edit icon and click save:

Any edits made on either option, will reflect on both screens.
