We have now updated the App to align to the Web based system in regards to the Booking Notes feature.
From the App, you and your students can now perform key tasks including:
- Coach users can add internal and student booking notes at checkout.
- Coach users can view and update internal and student booking notes via the lesson appointment screen.
- Coach users can view and update internal, session and student booking notes via the class appointment screen.
- Student users to view booking notes via the lesson and class appointment screens.
Let's explore each of these updates in more detail:
Adding Notes at Checkout
For a lesson or class booking, you can add notes at the checkout screen. This allows coaches to add Student Booking Notes which will display to students on the appointment screen on the App and also within the Booking Confirmations.
You can also add Internal Notes which displays to the Coach in the App on the appointment screens and on the web when navigating the schedule view:
Viewing Notes on the Lesson Appointment Screen
Once a note is added to a lesson booking from the App or Web, you can then view these notes via the Lesson Appointment screen. On this screen, you can click the Internal Booking Note option and the Student Booking Note option. Within both of these screens, you can view the notes and make any edits as required:

Once a note is added to a class booking from the App or Web, you can then view these notes via the Class Appointment Screen. On this screen, you can view the Student Booking Notes via the Class Attendees Tab and you can view the Internal, Student and Session Notes via the Class Sessions Tab. In either area, you make any edits as required:
Viewing Notes as a Student
Students can also view notes added to lesson or class bookings via the Student side of the App. The student can navigate to the appointment screen for either booking type and select the Student Booking Note option. Students do not have the option to edit these notes, add notes at Checkout or view Internal or Class Sessions Notes:
