Updates to Display of Internal Booking Notes on the Mobile Apps

Manager, coach and pro shop users are able to log internal booking notes at the checkout stage when booking a lesson or class on the web/mobile web based system. These are notes which are intended to be seen by internal users, giving important information relating to the lesson or class. Students are also able to log these notes via the Booking Notes fields.


We have now updated the functionality of the mobile apps to display internal booking notes more clearly. This includes the following enhancements:


  • Icon on the Schedule View - On the schedule view, an internal booking note icon will display on any class or lesson where an internal booking note has been added:

  • Icon on the Lesson Appointment Screen - An icon will display on the lesson appointment screen on the Internal booking note menu option indicating that a note is available and can be viewed:

  • Icon on the Class Appoint Screen - An icon will display in the students tab on the class appointment screen indicating that a note is available and can be viewed via the Internal Booking Note menu option:

  • Internal Note activity feed alert - A new activity feed alert will display indicating that a new internal booking note has been added which can be clicked to view the internal booking note:
