Via the new Class Management feature, you can create incentives which allows students to access a discount when a specific number of classes are booked in the same checkout process.
For example, you may want to incentivise a student to book onto 3 specific clinics and if they do so, they will make a saving on each of the classes compared to booking only one class.
The ability to access incentives when booking is now available on the mobile apps for both iOS and android.
In the example below, an incentive has been created on the web based system giving students a discount on each class of £6.25 when 4 classes are booked in the same checkout process. Each class has a single booking price of £35, meaning when the user adds 4 classes to the cart a total saving of £25 is made by the student:
On the mobile apps, when an incentive is available on a class, this can be viewed within the class details on the online booking system. Clicking class details will display a screen including information relating to the incentive:
Students or coaches can add the individual classes to the cart and the defined number of classes to access the incentive, the incentive will be applied to each class and will be deducted from the total price at checkout:
