Manager, coach, pro shop and students are able to log booking notes at the checkout stage when booking a lesson or class. This can be completed on the web/mobile web based system.
Manager, coach and pro shop users are able to log Internal Notes and Booking Notes. Booking notes are those which are viewable by students on the mobile apps and displayed on the booking confirmation they receive. Internal Notes are those notes intended to be viewed by coaches, manager and pro shops users. Students are able to also log Booking Notes, and specifically those which they intend for the coach users to see. On the students side of the system, the Booking notes field is identical to the Internal booking note field displayed to Manager, coach and pro shop users:
We have now updated the functionality to include the display of Internal Booking Notes on the Booking Confirmations sent to Coaches. Coaches will see the notes on both the single and multi booking confirmations as per the example below:
